White Night trailer

Filled with lunar and feminine symbolism, psychological horror and melancholy, the story of the game will unfold as the player discovers the dark events which built the manor a past, spinning a yarn in the style of an old noir story that you would be reading at candle light.
White Night stands at the crossroads of fantastic literature, cinema and videogames. Its gameplay-motivated artistic direction – an intensely contrasted black and white – was inspired by masterpieces by Hitchcock (Pyscho, The Rope, Spellbound…) and the threatening perspectives of German expressionism (The Cabinet of Dr Calligari). David Lynch’s crepuscular poetry is never far from the manor either.
In White Night, light draws a discontinuous line between form and substance, a road mark leading from life to death. It’s a trying journey to the heart of darkness, a journey of no return sometimes one has to accomplish in his existence."

Mudlarks

A look at the upcoming Mudlarks doesn't reveal much, but it does pique my interest -- especially the mention of the Gabriel Knight series and other Sierra titles serving as a source of inspiration.

The Wolf Among Us Episode Two: Smoke and Mirrors trailer

I'm going to download episode one right now, because this game looks unbelievably immersive.

Troubadour Kickstarter

Seattle-based Cicatriz is nearly half way to their goal of $15,000 for development of Troubadour, an interesting experience that will incorporate music, a point-and-click system, and seemingly beautiful aesthetics. Straight from the Kickstarter:
"Troubadour is a story about accepting the responsibilities and expectations of life in a world of toxic distractions. You'll guide Lu as her perception of the world is wrapped in a glitch-filled aesthetic, permeated with digital toys, and moves to a striking soundtrack.
The experience, at a high level, is critical of how our society no longer moderates our relationship with technology and the consequences we face because of that.
We're trying to ride that fine line between revealing enough to prove why this endeavor is worth supporting while keeping the real surprises under wraps."

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture announce trailer

Man, I love everything The Chinese Room puts out. Talk about incredible stuff: Dear Esther, and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs.

This new title is currently in the works, and looks absolutely stunning. Also, it looks like my kind of game.

Darkest Dungeon trailer

"The concept behind Darkest Dungeon is to put the dungeon back in “dungeon crawler.” The environment itself is an antagonist – a scary, haunted place where your chances of survival are slim, hordes of terrifying monsters notwithstanding.
Each and every adventurer you recruit will develop a unique combination of predispositions, proclivities, flaws and strengths – factors that must be carefully considered when forming a party and leading it through horrific environs. Furthermore, how you perfom in the dungeon will have lasting and impactful consequences on their continued development. You are put smack-dab in the role of a squad leader or sports team manager, doing your best to keep the human factors from fracturing your team or destroying their effectiveness."
